Call Answering and Transfer

We need to develope a software to be installed in computers running Windows OS. This software should do this funtions, that will be selected by a menu construction that could include: + Play Anuncement to the caller in any leve of the menu. + Redirect Calls to other extension (an probably, to other phone number) + Hang out + Fax Receiving + Fax Sending + Fax on Demand + Receive Voice mails The software must have a database that contains the name of the owner of each extension, which have An inbox \ outbox mailbox, PIN (to pick up message by phone contacting) and mail address. + The messages received could be listening by the owner (typing his\her PIN) and\or Send it by mail attachment the WAV (if it's a Call) or a picture format (if it's a Fax). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows ## Deadline information It need to be done in visual Basic 6, with out extra OCX or DLL's. The app mus work with any Modem recognized by Windows. We have a dream that when someone calls by phone and the computer answer the call he\she can turn on\off appliance (Lights, TV, air conditioning, etc...) In this case we will need a map on how to construct a serial interfase. This is not expected as a MUST, but if you can do it, you are probably the one we are lookin for.
