Common Address Book

Hello All VB Coders, I would like an address book application that will work with MS Outlook. This is for a small company that uses their ISP provided email service NOT Exchange. I would like a central contacts/address book that can be placed on the server and be referenced by all staff members so that they can simply open it (as if it were on his or her computer) and enter recipients. It should require an admin logon for updates and be read only for those simply accessing it. I would like this coded in VB6.
