Completion of VB program

Hello, I have a VB6 program that encrypts web pages. It is within an ace of completion. There are some issues with encryption and encoding the user configurable stop and resume encoding tokens... nothing that a talented VB6 coder could not fix. I,m more interested in fixing bugs and receiving a functional program than aestetics.. this aspect will be dealt with later. I cannot stress that I want this project completed in a timely manner, the owner of this bid will have inherited a project that has been undergoing final development for about 7 months! Previous RAC coders have had to halt development because other factors interfered with this assignment. I,m not prepared to wait for another 7 months. Please, only bid on this, if your (1) a very experienced VB6 programmer, (2) You can fix and spot bugs in code. (3) You can complete this task within a short length of time.. perhaps days as opposed to weeks (or months). (4) You can supply this project with near undivided attention. You should not bid if full time job commitments etc.. are going to interfere with completing this... harsh but best to voice this opinion up front. I can supply the source code and subsequent .ocx components that the app requires. I apologise for coming across as impatient.. but I have been waiting for completion of this project in one form or another for a very long time. I am actually very easy to get along with:) Stephen ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The encrypted code *MUST* expand and decode on Internet Explorer NetScape (Gecko Versions 6+ ) Mozilla Opera, If Safari and other browsers can be included as compatible then thats a plus.
