Create or Modify CSS to duplicate website theme

Please read carefully. I do not need a website. I do not need a simple webpage. I have a software open source software package written in vb.net called bvcsoftware . A sql database driving the data content. The website uses a "theme" to display the items for sale. Attached to this bid request is a theme that I have uploaded. This will show you the css etc. Here is the same theme on the web. <[login to view URL]> The data in the columns comes from the sgl database. I have found a website called <[login to view URL]> He has made a "theme "that takes advantage of all the things that the bvcsoftware can do. I want to duplicate the website theme of [[login to view URL]][1] and then integrate it in the website <[login to view URL]> with a few differnet color schemes. The theme you create must integrate with the bvcsoftware and when finished look very similar to the [[login to view URL]][1] website. I wil be happy to answer questions .I will most likely choose a couple of coders . I did not put a price on this one. If you bid make sure you can deliver.
