Credit Processing Application

This will be a system that should be able to connect to a credit processor using a program such as RT Ware ([login to view URL]) to process checks, credit cards, and atm cards, and should also be able to process internal charge accounts and debit account such as prepaid gift cards for customers. should have a web interface based on user login to administer settings, customers, reports, process cards manually, etc. should also have applications to view reports, administration, and a virtual terminal to process cards manually. the program should allow processing by a website posting information to the server through HTTP POST or GET method, and also have a remote client application that can submit payment information to the system. Should have support for age verification service (AVS). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform windows 98/2000/XP/NT
