I have just had a dialer developed for my custom requirements. the developer seems to have a great job, though I am still testing.
I will be using this dialer with calling cards etc. At the moment I have to hang up and dial the whole calling card sequence again which is a time consuming practice.
Some cards allow "##" to be dialed at the end of a call, instead of hanging up to make a follow on call. My developer has advised that dailing using a modem does not allow for additional numbers/character to be dialed once the call has been connected.
Whilst I am prepared to accept this at face value, if a way could be found to allow for this, it would save approx of the users working time. As such im seeking a second opinion for good commercial measure.
