convert existing vb application to a dll (image management) plus bug fixes

Enclosed is an existing vb application. What this application does is allow a person to add/remove pictures from vb forms. What I need done is have this as a dll instead. The only type that needs to be supported is the imagelist control. The existing application has a bug which needs to be fixed when converting to a dll. The bug is if someone creates a new project with an imagelist control with one picture, then if another picture is added to it, all are removed. That needs to be fixed. Here are the properties/methods needed for the dll 1. pathoffile (property) 2. imagelistcontrol name (propertly) 3. clearimagesfromcontrol(this would take the pathoffile property and the imagelistcontrol name) and it woudl clear out the images 4. removeimage (would take a number as a parameter) would remove an image from the imagelist control 5. addimage (would add the image to the existing imagelist control). the parameter would be the path of the image 6. saveform (this would save the file). This would only be used with the imagelist contol. The purpose of this is so I can create a program to automatically add files to the imagelist control without having to manually adding them one by one.
