Database Security Paper

following are major componets in the project 1) Definition 2) importance 3)Current research problems or issues 4) implementation (what are the tools and how to implement it in oracle? 5)suggestions and knowledge you learned from this project Paper should be technical written by someone with an understanding of oracle database security and be at least 5 double spaced pages. Also there is a very fast deadline. The paper must be ready in under 24 hours. It is needed by 10:30 am Central time on march 14. I am willing to pay extra for speed and quality.
