Adapt PHP Real Estate Script

Goal: Adapt a 3 columns WordPress template to a php real estate script. In other words, you strip the php code of the WordPress template, keep this empty shell and adapt it to the php script. Real Estate Script can be seen at:[login to view URL] I need just the end user interface to be adapted. I do NOT need the Admin side to be integrated to the template. However, if any of you think that it would be easier to: 1)start from scratch with a brand new tempplate 2)use a real estate template you already have ...just let me know! I will listen to you! Just be specific when posting bid. Another option, would be to adapt a Content Management Template to the script. I think it would work. Preferences goes to templates using CSS rather than tables. It could be a mix of it too! Last: the template will be used for a Panama Multi-Listings Services, in Central [login to view URL] your template have Northern American Graphics Styles Houses, well, it won't work! At the very least, you will have to make big changes to it! Maybe not worth it! If you go to [login to view URL], you will see exactly what I have in mind in terms of layout. Colors, graphics you decide. Bear in mind this: it will be for a tropical country so colors and graphics will have to display a " tropical " touch! The only difference would be a 3 columns rather than 2 columns. I would reserve some " blocks" for weather in Panama, another block for advertisemnet, etc. That could be empty blocks, where I could copy and paste php codes. Any suggestions are more than welcome!
