Add custom things to a wordpress theme and html changes!

Hello, I have a existing wordpress theme that i need some changes/customizations like: 1. Change the position of the logo from left to right and in the left to be something else like a png image with a slogan! 2. Changes for menu syle like add hove gradient image to repeat and change the size for menu too! 3. Add to the right of the menu 2 divs like search box and below banguage change box (i have the search box style and the language style for this). I need the implementation of this! 4. Add another 2 footer widget to be 6 total widgets (default theme have 4 widget only)! 5. Modification for a javascript/html/css map size to look like is now but with a smoller size! I will provide all materials you need it! I need only a serious and experienced person for this work! I need the project to be done in 2-3 maxim days! Happy bidding!
