Add news to Concrete5 site (using the Simple News Add-on)

We need a news page for our Concrete5 website (located at [login to view URL]). It has to show the newest item on the frontpage to the right (called "Nyheder") and when you click it, it has to go the news site, which has to contain all the news written by our customer. It is important that our customer can post the news without additional knowledge other than writting the text, and clicking "post". Also it should be mensioned that the date should be translated into danish format (dd-mm-yyyy). The design is included in the attached file.
