Adding a new feature into a Plugin

I have wp newsletter premium plugin of tribulant installed.I wanted to have a subscription page for the visitors where they can choose from different subscriptions. Here is what i wanted 1.I want to remove a feature from newsletter plugin. (For subscription management the newsletter plugin wanted to confirm email address so that they can protect any other user from editing others [login to view URL] i wanted the visitors to manage the subscriptions by logging in .I don't want this feature. I wanted a well versed plugin developer to help me out with this project.I will provide all the information needed upon selection. I want a plugin developer to help me out with this project.
