Basic on-going edits to website

I need some on-going help with simple website edits, including updating and editing text and pics, formatting, keywords etc.

To start, I have a few specific items to do:
1) Change the logo to this new logo attached (the bottom logo).
2) Change the name "Maple Village School" everywhere in the website to "Maple Village Waldorf School"
3) Change the name "MVS" everywhere in the website to "WVWS"
After this I will have more that we can do on an hourly basis, including small things as they come up in the future.
