I am looking for a website to be built quickly and cheaply.

Here are my requirements;

1) Very Easy content management system (maybe Wordpress or similar? ) so I can update the content (text/photos etc)

2) exact same layout as this website ([url removed, login to view])

3) Ability to have a newsletter subscription link (to link to our contact management system)

4) use of our logo - and ability to add photos and change photos/content

5) quick delivery.
