Build a tv guide Website

I want to launch a website with a tv guide. An existing page which covers pretty much my imagination is the german page [login to view URL] plus some functions from [login to view URL] What I need is the creation of the whole page. A relatively simple and clear design. On the start page top bar with channel groups and also one place for "what's now on tv". When you click on one of the groups of channels it will open the timetable with all broadcasts of the day (or next day etc.). Then several sorting functions for movies, genres etc. Also the function to bookmark certain broadcasts and display them afterwards in a timeline to see if they overlap. There should be a member area for registered users where they can customise the channel list, a full search function for titles, actors and descriptions and the possibility to set certain series or movies or actors as favorites and get an email reminder when they're on. In the admin area I need the functions to import all upcoming broadcasts from the different channels and being able to edit them and amend data or content. Also some additional databases to store informations about movies, series or actors etc would be useful so that they can be displayed in a pop-up window with detailed information for each broadcast. And there should be some places to place banner ads. In the end I need a detailed description how to install it on my page or you can do the installation for me so that I'm only dealing with the content.
