Build a simple website to make page 1 on google. SEO job.

I have a 4 years old website. The little bit of SEO it has made it get to page one on google for a little while then I lost it. My website/domain is [login to view URL] . I want it totally redone with no shopping cart and the domain redirected to a better page more like my other one [login to view URL] . I have all the images, links, grafics, ect. Content is readily available online. The website is mostly cut and paste, only needs minor graphic design.. I want it on page 1 on google for at least 2 of these 4 keywords "xango" "xango juice" "Mangosteen" "mangosteen juice". I will not pay upfront for SEO, I will put the money in escrow for up to 4 months. I will only do this in 2 payment. First release of escrow, when the website is done. Second release of escrow, when the page makes it to page 1 of 2 of those keywords. If you want money upfront for SEO, please do not bid.
