WILL NOT process payment. contact us page will also require a form colour theme: white and blue *** pls no template based designs *** sample site will be provided in PMB Payment Terms: 25% to be escrowed on awarding project 75% on design approval/start of development phase I will not release any payment until the site is complete and live.
