Change look and feel of my website and some development

Front-end changes: We want to do several changes into our website [login to view URL] We want to change the look and feel of the entire site to something similar to [login to view URL] Only the look and feel, the structure of the site will remain. We want to add facebook and twitter buttons to our main core content Something similar to this [login to view URL] add the “about the author” box at the end of our articles. like this [login to view URL] and when someone click on their names, show a page (with pagination) with all the articles written by them. like this [login to view URL] Add a mobile version of the entire site. Not responsive, just an additional version of the site. This could be achieve by changing the themes-views built on the look and feel change. Back-end changes: Adding publish date to the articles. We want to set a publish date on any new written article. So this way we can schedule publishing by date. This will be usefull to show the most recent article on the index page. -Change our way of submiting articles to [login to view URL] (or some editor you advice) adding fuctionalities like insert multiples images, not breaking the look and feel of the site. adding more flexibility to the edition of the articles, etc. A bigger main image per article In our backend develop a module to create (delete and editing) authors (contributors to the website) to fill the information of the “about the author” box in each article. Develop a module where the authors can login, upload articles through the ckeditor, and then passed to a moderation list where the admin can approved or disapproved. If the is approved the article is not showed anymore on the authors account. Adding error 404 page. Adding a top red line with a link (like [login to view URL])
