I wish to build a classied ads website which would run in Canada and the USA exclucively. It is a classified ads website where people will offer their services to other people or companies. There will be essentially 3 themes in the classified ads website... 1) People advertising their services. 2) People searching for a service. 3) Companies advertising job offers. Programmer can work from php script but we have to agree on which one. Script must have full features for users and administrators. Geographical identification is a key feature to have. People have to find what they are looking for within their metropolitan area in Canada or the USA.
