Clone an existing website as a wordpress site

Hi Keith, thanks for inviting me! Great to hear about your new project. The website is good looking and parallax scrolling is really nice & smooth. I believe I wouldn't need more than a week to re-create the website as a Wordpress theme. I would use custom post types so you could easily change images and text where needed, and I would host the website on my server until everything is polished up and you're completely happy with the result and then set it up on your domain. One little bug I've noticed right away is that arrow button is barely visible in the bottom of the screen in both Chrome and Safari. I'll gladly fix any other possible bugs we encounter during the process. Of course, the website will keep all of the animations and responsiveness to different screen sizes.
