Code igntier expert to complete website.

I am looking for a individual who is an expert in Codeigniter to complete a website for me. My website developer has not been in contact with me for the past week and I am seeking a website developer to complete my site for me. The back end is pretty extensive on the website written mainly in code igntier.. I need a checklist put in with a result via the answers, a few banners created into a slide show on the front page, a scheduler for clients to make appointments and changes in text and headers. Since he left and didnt complete the project I have about $250 to spend to get it done as I already paid him in full and dont have any more of a budget to get it completed. I have all the changes outlined in a MS word docs I just need someone with Code Igntier experience to implement the changes and fix any bugs. Again the site is COMPLEX with an extensive custom back end so I need someone who know how to read and write code. I do not want the site damaged by a novice. Please tell me your experience in custom programing in your quote. I need a professional who can write custom code and programing. Completion ideally in 6 days or less.
