Company Website - Joomla based

Hi. I have a project which will finish with long relationship with freelancer due to constant changes in website etc. We are looking for a person who will sort out our company's website. Currently we have a website based on joomla, and started to create a website from beginning. I was trying to sort everything myself byt don't have time to finish. Current website - [login to view URL] New started: [login to view URL] What we are looking for: There will be 2 parts of website – public one – for clients etc – at the beginning in english, then translated to Polish language. We will need feedback form and contact form and to have it look stunish and professional. There are 3 parts of website because of our group – Financial Expert Mortgages (Insurances and Mortgages), Financial Expert Accountants and Financial Expert Legal. All of them they need to have slightly different skins (logos and footers, backgrounds etc) I have slighlty manage to do it but it needs to be worked on. Everything need to be connected with SocialMedia etc. - Creativity and professionalism is crutial. Also we are thinking to have some forms like address change form etc – that would be great. We already have some plugins like RSForm and few others so it would be easier to implement. Second part of website will be for advisers. What we need there to be: File download area, Videos – we have a lessons recorded, and currently have them on youtube. What We need to ensure that they are quite safe from public. I'm gessing there are few ways to do it... Learning area - we already installed Quizz Deluxe and have about 20 quizes. That need to be included as well. We are using Vtiger CRM system and if thqat would be possible to it to be opened from Joomla and connected it somehow to user to have single login etc... ot sure how much that part would be, but it is just idea. Also we are using a outside server for file storage – if that can be connected by FTP or other methods. It is QNAP server and have web file manager – so if that can be mounted that would be great).
