Complete E-Commerce Website

Hello everyone, We would like to get our website redesigned and developed in php. The name of the website will be disclosed in PMB. Most of the graphics will be done by us and we'll provide all the required templates, logos or designs in photosho (psd) format and the developer would need to convert it exactly into html. It is an ecommerce site that deals in loose gemstones. The site is dynamic because we need to keep updating the items. The CMS works fine but we need a more professional admin area to work for us. The website that we require should take care of almost all of the following area: *Search Orders by Customer *Edit Customer Information *Customer Order History *Pending Orders Screen *Processed Orders Screen *Product Category Management (Add/Update/Remove Product Categories & Sub Categories) *Mailing List Management *Dynamic FAQs (Admin Part) *Product Management (Add/Update/Remove Products) *Complete Member Management (Activate/Deactivate/Delete Member) *Dynamic Product Enable/Disable (Choose whether you want a particular product to be displayed on your website or not, i.e.: let's say you've run out of an item and won't be able to back-order it for another month. Just disable that product, and it will remain in your database, but will be no longer shown on your website for purchase until you enable it again.) *Customer Registration *Save Cart *Email Page to Friend *Volume Price Discounts *Built-in product search engine *Add-to-Cart *Shipping restriction to certain to certain countries/territories *Payment restriction to certain countries/territories *Dynamic FAQs (User Part) *Member Login, Password Retrieval System *Member Area (View Old Orders, Change Profile, Change Shipping Info etc.) *Wish List Integrated (The feature allows your customers to choose the products, which they want to purchase later; your customers can just add the products to their wish list.) *Password Recovery (Forgot or lost the password?
