This is a community or social information web site. User will be able to post classified ad, events, information about communities etc. The event, classified should be location based. If someone post roommate or rental ads from California then those ads should be shown first if user browse it there. if users from other site wants to browse ads or post from other state for example if a user want to see rental from Neveda then they should see be able to do so. Major menu will be like classified, events, business, information, immigration, Organization beside common menu like about/home/contact I am looking for attractive homepage along with good looking logo. A good color combination, Good font selection, Nice clean presentation web site should be search optimized web site should be search optimized.
