Concert Company Website and Event Website... 2 (Total)

We need a website for our Concert promotion company with 6 main tabs (Home, News, Events, Gallery, Video and Contact) on the home page we would like to have a news feed, listing of events, twitter feed, Facebook feed... an example of a page that is almost what we would like to have is this [login to view URL] note: this page does not have a Facebook feed which an example of the Facebook feed we like can be found here [login to view URL] This page would need to have our company design and logo you can look at an example of the design we would like to have on an .jpg attached to this project... obviously designer can be creative and adapt his new ideas to see if we like it! We also have a festival coming up on August 2012 and we need a page for this festival we are looking for something VERY similar to this [login to view URL], adapted to the design of our festival but the layout basically the same... We are not looking for someone to just create the sites and forget about us... we are looking for someone to give ongoing maintenance to the websites or guide us on doing that ourselves.
