I need a website created in Dreamweaver CS5. I need the websire created in a template format in which I can edit and change the text and pictures. I have designed the layout in photoshop CS3, there may be some quality issues with pictures and graphics which I can amend if needed. The website will consist of 10 pages two of which will be forms for registration. I need it to be simple, set out in a table format if possible with minimal CSS or complex coding. Attached is an image of what I want to home page to look like.
