Convert SIMPLE HTML Website to Wordpress for Easy Control

This is a basic and simple 12 page website, all following same format. Each page has photos and videos on the page as well. This includes being able to easily add/remove/change text, pictures, and videos. I would like to convert it to a Wordpress site so that it will be easier to manage. Right now, it has a lot of outdated info on it, and I need to be able to modify pictures and videos in the future, with ease. It seems the Wordpress would be easiest way to accomplish this. I am not looking to create a Blog site. I do not want to allow any users or visitors to post to my site, only posting by adminitrators. I am also open to improvements in the look and feel of the site, as long as everything is fully customizable in the future by a novice user.
