Convert a existing Website to a Drupal website

We have an existing community Website about literature made with Artiloo-Artiphp CMS and we would like to convert it in a Drupal CMS Website. 1 - Copy of the existing site design 2 - Adaptation of the databases (membership, texts, forum…) 3 - URLs redirection on the new pages 4 - Drupal functionnalities that must be developed. - Front office - Membership functionalities : each user can log on the website and can publish texts to be validated by the administrator. Then the user gains points. He can exchange his points against gifts available in a "mini-shop". The user can consult the history of his fidelity points (date, profits and expenditure). - Back-office - Add products, number of points per product, request for exchange of points against a gift, history of the orders with status. All the functionalities related to the administration of a Community site and the management of a mini shop must be available. Thank you for making a proposal (quotation and delivery planning).
