Convert psd to xhtml/CSS

have a psd file website design that I would like sliced and coded into html. The site has a Home, About, Services, Gallery, Employment and Contact page. Gallery Page will just be "Coming Soon" at this stage. Each page will have the same image slider. Contact Page will not have forms, just listed contact details. LInks/buttons will have rollover and onmouse down states. The site must be: Cross browser compatible Pixel Perfect SEO friendly, semantically structured Fully commented code W3C Valid Optimised for fast loading Mobile Device Compatible I'd like to develop a working relationship with a developer for ongoing work, so be nice!
