Counter project

The website I want to do is pretty simple. Is just a page with a counter, where people participates by single clicks in order to be the one that achieves a goal click. Users will be able to click as many times as they want, but always with 10 or 15 seconds lapse between each time. That lapse should be easy to set for me. The one that does the goal-click wins a price. That price is going to be sponsored by any company that wants to promote their products and brand in our page, and will give the prize and put a promotional banner in the footer. I attached a powerpoint that roughly shows what the project is. So you can understand it, i will explain it. John Doe, on his facebook, sees that Fernando did the 500 click out of 1234 in this [login to view URL] webpage. So he clicks there and goes to the page. Once there, he can see the counter and what the webpage is about. So he signs in with his facebook account (google+, twitter and other accounts also available to sign in) and begins participating. The user that makes the click number 1234 will win the bunch of craft beer sponsored by Kross Beer (which is a big craft beer company here in Chile).
