During our significant improvement on visitor traffic on our web, my VPS is down more than 20 times a day.

Regarding to that problem, I'm looking somebody who can create "CACHING MECHANISM" ON Easycarportal script.
Other information:
1. Easycarportal don't have caching mechanism.
2. Easycarportal is being encode.
3. There are only 3 php files causing high load ([url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], and [url removed, login to view]).
