Create an EKM Power Shop Template

We have an EKM Power shop.

The site is built well, in terms of its databases, but the site is ugly and needs improving visually. I do not need a site building, just a homepage, category page and product page template. These will then need to be integrated into our site.

The homepage it to look very similar but not with the left hand side menu - Instead it is to have a slideshow and category images underneath. The category pages are to have the left hand side menu and pictures that can be clicked to access the sub categories or products.
The category menu needs to be dynamic for when i add new categories.
When hovering over the categories that go accross the page then the sub categories list needs to automatically pop out. When the categories on the left hand side are hovered over, nothing is to happen, they are to appear in a drop down box when clicked though as well as show a landing page with imagery for all of the sub categories.
I am a great person to work for as i am usually online and able to respond quickly but if the template is not PERFECT then i can be very fussy so unless you are 100% certain you can build this template EXACTLY as i want it then please do not make an offer as i am very fussy.
Do not bid more than $250, I will not accept. I am happy to pay a milestone.
