Create an Online Community Social Network

I'm looking for someone who is very serious in web designing and who is well-skilled, experienced, reliable and very trusted in creating professional, secured online community social network for my website ([login to view URL]) using/under a sub-domain. If possible which I do believe I know it is possible, I will want when a user registers on the main site they will have access to that online community social network... meaning that they will have a profile there as well and have access to all the feature contents of the that social network without having to create a separate account (to have access) for that online community social network.. Similar it will be something like facebook but a little bit more different... more like the one in [login to view URL] It will consists on its homepage of a world map which shows/point on the map different users registered from different places in the world. A live feed community activity which shows posts/comments that users posted like how on facebook newsfeed... but it will show from anyone who posted... doesn't have to be from only friends you can see... it shows everyone... but it will have tabs to click to view live feed activity from | Everyone | Friends | Announcements *Announcements will be posts from the admin only* as well it has filter options to view only from, such as: All activity, Hide Updates, Only Updates... which the last two are posts from the admin only. it should have a refresh button on the side so the user can keep seeing the last posts or comments. and an main event calendar controlled by the admin only. all this is to be on the homepage of the online community ... It will have categories that users can do such as: have discussions, upload documents, do blog posts, make polls, have bookmarks, search using tags, create spaces, create/post projects, events, create groups, create photo albums, and post videos... all these a user can do and they have the option to make/show it public or only to friends. Activities by users can be like on facebook, tweeted, or shared in all other social networks. Users profiles... will have info about them including a profile picture... depending on what info they put, will show, this is the case if the user has their profiles set to the public... as well as they will have the option to make their profiles to friends only... but no user can make their profile private from everyone... its either to the public or friends.. the user profile will show the date they become a member since or join date, last logged In, status as in title, whether a student, a doctor, etc., Birthdate, Bio, website, email, groups they are in, the user recent activity to the bottom, and a quote or saying that a user may post next to their profile picture or above the profile.
