Create PHP redirect affiliate links for a deals website.

Hi, We are looking for a PHP and .htaccess expert to do the following 2 implementions for a deals information website. 1. Create an affiliate redirecting code for our website. The redirection should work with all major affiliate network like LS, CJ, and more. The basic idea behind this redirect code is to make the updation of products easy as well as hide the afifliate links from visitors. (i.e) when a person clicks or mouse overs an affiliate link, it should display a link from our own website like http://www.ourdomain.com/link/prodid="####" or something instead of http://www.bestbuy.com/ls/affiliateid/trackcode=GFDSAH76354bfgsad ....this is not just for one link but, for hundreds of links to be updated everyday on our website. so, i would be interested in a piece of code that automates the link generation like the below two websites do by taking some code from the database for each product and each store. For example, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 2. modify .htaccess ( any other method is also welcome) to display dynamic url's like [login to view URL];deal=12&cat=8 to look something like [login to view URL] This is just an example, all the url's in my website has to be converted like this so that it becomes seo friendly. I know, it is easy for a php knowledged person to do this. This is a low budget website and i'm looking for someone who can complete the work fast and efficient. My budget is $30-$50 ....not more than that please.
