Create 2 Website landing pages

I need the following work completed: 1. 2 website landing pages until the actual sites are ready to launch Each landing page includes: 1. Direct API to facebook fanpage allowing the user to "Like" us and to show them who else likes us. 2. An email form that has different options for each site to send to a specific email (options will be given to winner) must have captcha 3. Buttons for Facebook, Twitter and G+ which will match the site 4. Design of the page- each will be very simple but will look professional and appealing. Friday March 16th is the Completion date and final payment will be delivered on this day.
