Create an content admin area

Hello, I am looking for an experienced and reliable developer for my admin project. The admin is a sort media manager system. It is based on the admin theme (bootstrap 3) "todo" on themeforest todo-web-application-and-admin-panel-template/5458827. The idea behind this admin system is a very easy way for providing and managing text, settings and media. This content will be used as reference for us. There is no front-end just the admin area. It can be a long term project for extended functionality in future. It contains functions like: login/user system (2 levels admin/user) profile overview (change password) email notifications different forms (create channel create user) the channel manager based on jquery sortable list combined with forms inkfilepicker for uploading media (image/video/docs) or othe reliable service for uploading video files (big) ofcourse the database I have an extensive document with functional designs and descriptions. Also created all html for example design (It needs a check but I think it is pretty ok and gives a good idea of the functionality ) Thanks looking forward
