Create a custom checkout, my account, cart page in woocommerce

I need a custom checkout page for my web shop.
I have a payment option that is not included in woocommerce own checkout page. it has its own custom page. Want to be able to pair it somehow so the customer can more easily check out. Then I want that my account page has more options and delete some fields and change the order.
