Create and design a website

The concept is to create and design a website where customers can go on to and find discounted offers from a variety of merchants. The idea is simple. Me and other sales consultants would approach many merchants giving them the option to sell their products on our website at a discounted price. The merchant would then send me their products which i will then upload onto the website, outlining price and brief description of product. Customer then has the ability to purchase this through my website and make payment on the website. I also will need the ability to send payments to the merchants once orders have been placed minus the the percentage i take from every order placed. The website needs to be able to upload information/picture onto it on a daily basis. Also the website needs the ability to make payments through it. On the website i would like customers to have the option to become a member where they register their email address and can log in. Also need a database which sends out daily emails to customers advising them of the most up to date offers of the day. Need to create a database which stores all information such as orders placed, payments made, etc. The best way to describe the type of website i need is like the 'Groupon Website' the concept is similar.
