Create mobile sites from existing sites

I have 5 sites (16 pages total) that I need converted to mobile editions. The sites are already in place, all you will need to do is make sure they are compatible for mobile devices. This should be an easy job and requires no design on your part. The one thing that will require a bit of tweaking is the billing forms. The site will consist of a splash page, a join page (with existing code, the code is PHP and must NOT be altered) and a signup page (also with PHP that cannot be altered). Upon your bid I can provide you with a sample site.
