Create new functions to an existing WordPress Website - repost

I am seeking a very experience Web developer to help with my current project that I am working on.
I have an existing website/blog that I want to turn into an social network website. The website is currently on the CSM WordPress and is live.
Some functions that I am needing to be developed are:
- invite a friend and friend list
- user personal profile
- log in using Facebook feature
- list an item with 2 functions for user and viewer which is similar to a "buy" option
- upload images using the website
- location services
- cross browser functionality
This is not an entry level project and will require someone with past experience in converting and creating similar types of projects. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE ME WITH EXAMPLES OF THIS WORK.
The successful applicant will need to have the following as a MUST:
- Able to communicate effectively
- Honest and reliable (will be checking the comments and feedback)
- Punctual and available for work, NOT committed to different projects.
- Able to commit to a deadline.
