Create simple home search with Google Maps API result screen

We need someone who can create a simple icon driven search UI (we already have the graphics and color scheme) to run against a fuzzy logic database with real estate data. The results would need to be mapped using the Google Maps API. The UI should include the ability to re-order the search parameters (order of the icons indicates priority of search criteria). Integrating with the Google Maps API includes using traffic data as one of our search criteria. We have the look and feel already mocked up including colors and all icons for the UI. We just need someone to create it. If the results are acceptable, we would like to extend the work (separate project) to include other Google data, Yelp API, and Greatschools API.
