Creating a Wholesale storefront on Magento 1.6 Site

I have an existing magento 1.6 storefront for consumers. I want to add a 2nd store front with a separate domain solely for wholesale clients. Required Features: 1. Corporate section: home page, about us, detailed brand pages with additional info about each brand, product line info, and product info (not for purchase). Needs newsletter subscription functionality. Needs banners to advertise current promotions. Corporate identify info to be provided upon acceptance - basic web design will be needed for overall storefront. 2. Wholesale application form that can be filled by retailer and automatically 3. Restricted section - customer account information, general wholesale pricelist and customer specific pricing overrides 3b. Order form with expandable brands sections, showing all products by sku, with name, UPC, ability to enter quantity by cases or eaches and automatically update cart totals. Please submit mockup proposal drawing of this form so I can ensure the functionality will suit my needs. 4. Storefront must work in conjunction with retail storefront without impacting its functionality 5. Code must comply with Magento coding standards. Development will be tested on our staging server and once approved, deployed on our live site. Final milestone to be released once live site deployment has been tested and verified to be properly functioning.
