I am looking for a freelance team to create a Crowdfunding website, this will include the development the design and deployment of the website.
I would prefer the website not be made from a CMS but instead using a framework such as Codeigniter, a major focus on this project must be security and privacy of all users of the site.

5. great experience with MySQL, this website will have a lot of data hosted so it needs to be perfectly stable.

7. A Young and creative mind, This site needs to appeal to creative people so we must also be creative and modern.
8. Great time management, I am unable to have major delays with this project as I have a deadline to get it up and running.
About the Website:
I am looking for a complete crowdfunding website, so experience with these sites preferred but not needed if you have the skills to create it.

you can even sign up for free with all of them and start posting a project so you get a feel of how the website works and what features are needed.
I need to have a full website created including design (although for these sort of sites, design is minimal but affective, so you must be creative.
The website needs to have full payment integration such as paypal (we are still choosing our provider) so you will need to have experience implementing API's
The freelancer will need to be very good at Jquery as I would like this site to be very modern and sleek, this included being fully responsive and be able to be viewed on ipad, iphone etc.
I also will require the design of a Landing page while the website is being built so we are able to direct people to our website with information and to register interest via email etc.
I Have created some design concepts and have a lot more information that I will pass on to the winning bidder to help get the site up and running quicker.
some key elements that I will need:
1. A system for backing a project (bids options such as $10, $20, $50 etc)
2. A bidding system for 1 item per item per project, so multiple users can bid on a item and the highest bidder gets the item.
3. A project creation page where users can create their project such as input a video, image, description for their project as well as live preview on how it will look.
4. A user registration form where users can register for the site including register with facebook etc.
5. A user dashboard where users can change details such as email address, password, phone as well as cancel bids, change bids etc.
6. A main page where projects are displayed as well as stats on current bids and time left.
7. full payment and social networking integration so each project and bid can be shared on social networking sites.
as well as some other features that I will speak about once the this project is awarded to someone.

Fontend Development: We'll develop the frontend pages using bootstrap latest framework. We have very good skills in html5, Jquery etc and we have already developed many responsive sites till date.
