Custom Graphics interface Local editing software.

We are currently providing a template to our customers that they need to manually make changes to a graphics file (publisher). We want to create an interface that would allow our users to create a file with the "merge" info already stored, and automatically update the monthly template to match the stored data.

This is to be a web application (preferred) so that the users could login to their account, "open" the monthly template, Auto merge their data. and "save" the merge data as well as any other custom changes they make. They MUST have a way to save the file and download into a .pdf to take send to their printer.

Here is a small image of what the user would have as a default "template" for each month.

We would like to make the header area a "merge" area. IF the user had a "preferred" header image, it would replace the stock image monthly.

The phone number, address, website, name, all would be automatically updated upon "opening" the stock template.

PLUS, we would need all the images and text to still be editable.

Maybe we could use this with another technology already in place for the graphics editing but use the software to "merge" the template with User data.

Each template is 4 pages long.
