I have a blog which I would like to have a custom theme made for it. I would like it kept w3c compliant. I want the banner to be the same as the one on the main pages only minus the advertisement. The footer of the blog can be kept as it is. The background can be made white. The current H1 tag on the blog can be made 20px size font and ranged left. The desciption can be kept the same size but ranged left. Remove the blue top to it and make the h1 and description black. Make the amount of space which the h1 and descriptions go on much less than it is currently.
