Custom auction script

what i am looking for is a custom auction script built from scratch that has many extra features , more payment gateways ,forums,blogging, customizable great looking templates ,trade item feature, wanted ads, great security against hackers and also a few custom auction features as well, also i want 3d animated chat rooms with 3d people so members can customize a character with accessories such as hats, glasses, hair styles etc.. for use in the chat rooms.......there is an auction script called (AJ Auction Pro oop 3.1) that i would like my script made similar to but with my added list of features and chat rooms, and search engine optimization for my site.......you must also provide a working demo and we must be able to run test auctions on the site up in real mode for seven days to ensure all features work well . after successful testing has been done you must be able to set up the script on our hosting server.......... the source code must be transferred to us once the project is completed.
