Customisation of 4 login pages in PHP

Customisation of standard login pages by uploading php code to have them in our house style. We will start using the WiFiRush software soon to have a login and payment system for our WiFi network. Customisation of systempage scan be done by uploading PhP code. Your task will be to integrate the system with the attached design. Images, code of original webpage/design and WiFilink pages will be provided. For a professional a small simple job. Only serious bidders please with appropriate qualifications and example work.
