Customize a JOOMLA QuickStart installation

Hi everyone, I have a quickstart instalation package that includes all joomla files, plus a webstore template. The Quickstart package is from www.templateplazza.com. The template is MYSTORE PLAZZA After run this package instalation, I got the template looking exacly the Demo on templateplazza website. So I need to customize a few itens more in the last step joomla instalation like site logo and all the virtuemart store setup, like store name, adress, phone, logo store, e-mail...etc The idea is to customize the instalation to make this job done as more quicky as I can. With no need to ftp acess to upload logos, or acess the admin panel iten by iten to setup. We have a few stores to setup and all the stores basicly changes just the logo and virtuemart store information. So will be very interesting to have a instalation where we can setup more than a site name and admin password. I can provide the quickstart package so you can customize it.
