Briefing Document The following is required to be produced for Data#3’s annual JuiceIT events. Part 1 and 2 of the project scope are mutually exclusive. If Part 2 cannot be developed, this should not restrict expression of interest to develop Part 1. Event Background Developed in 2009, JuiceIT is a unique concept in the Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth market places. JuiceIT provides a forum to initiate robust business conversations with key customers which foster business opportunity, while succinctly presenting business and industry relevant solutions. JuiceIT was developed on the understanding that our time-poor customers are driven to seek valuable information, insight, and industry engagement with those vendors that matter. 24 vendors, 1 day – that is JuiceIT. JuiceIT adds value to the strong relationships Data#3 has with both our customers and vendor partners, by building connections and fostering new business connections. JuiceIT showcases industry-leading innovative solutions that address business and technology challenges and caters to technical and business-focused professionals alike. JuiceIT is a full day event, combining Data#3’s own solution experts with national experts from the world’s largest technology vendors. Target Audience Approximately 800 Business Decision Makers, CTOs, CIOs, IT Managers, Infrastructure Managers, Data Centre Managers, Desktop Managers, Solution Architects, IT Technicians, Licensing Managers and Procurement Managers are expected to attend JuiceIT across 3 cities in 2012. Project Scope and Objectives Part 1 - Event Landing Page / Registration Portal An event landing page / registration portal is required to be developed for the JuiceIT events being held in Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane. The sites will be the same in concept (design, look and feel) for each city but will differ slightly due to location maps, agenda session details and speaker details. Customisation for each city is required. Landing page elements • Agenda • Speaker name and details • Sponsors (logo’s and link to short description) • Keynote Speaker Bio • Register Now (separate for each city) • Change details (for those already registered and need to amend details) • Tell a Friend / Social Media integration • 2011 Event Images Registration form elements and requirements • First Name • Last Name • Company • Role Title • Phone (mobile or landline) • Email • Dietary Requirements • Agenda selection (delegates registering must be able to register for the sessions they would like to attend by stream and vendor) • Create a delegate unique ID upon registration The registration data must be able to be captured in a database in the back end which is downloadable, searchable and can be manipulated. This data will be used to create name badges etc. Event branding / look and feel will be provided as guidance. Past event website can also be provided. Part 2 – Mobile event website A mobile event website is required to be built for the events in each state. The sites will be the same in concept (design, look and feel) but will differ slightly due to location maps, agenda session details and speaker details. This mobile website must be able to be accessed by all smart phones and devices (iPhones, Android, BlackBerry, Windows phones, iPad’s, laptops through an internet connection). This will take place of a traditional delegate booklet and will be accessed across the day of the event by delegates for various reasons. This is also required to have a feature through which delegates can provide feedback to session – must be identifiable by delegate ID.
