The developer will need to develop all of the functionality, design, and email capability and help me set the site up from scratch. I am looking for a developer who I can retain on this site even after the initial project is over. I am looking for an ongoing relationship with a developer who knows English and can understand the nature of what I'm trying to do. You must also have good design skills and be able to create a professional looking site.
